Nav4All TERMS OF DELIVERY
You have the right to cancel the purchase without giving reasons within seven working days after you receive the purchased item. If you proceed to cancel you must send the purchased item back to Nav4All unopened and in its original packaging. The item is sent back at your own risk and at your own expense. Once the item has been received by Nav4All, the amount paid by you (insofar as already paid) will be refunded to you within thirty days.
The product must be delivered to the consumer within 30 days after it has been ordered. If this is not done the consumer can cancel the purchase immediately. This does not apply where the parties have agreed a different delivery period.
Nav4All guarantees the purchased item against faults in materials for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. During that period, you can return the product to Nav4All with the proof of guarantee at your own expense and risk. Nav4All will at its discretion repair the purchased item or replace it with a functionally equivalent product and send it back to you at its own expense and risk. The receipt is your proof of guarantee. The guarantee is non-transferable. The guarantee is cancelled if the product is opened or repaired or loaded with new software by anyone not authorised to do so by Nav4All, or if the product is damaged by improper use, damp, liquids, proximity or exposure to heat, or accident. The product is guaranteeed to work properly only in combination with the Nav4All software.
